Job Objectives:

The incumbent is responsible in assisting the Administrative head in giving high level administrative support related to office and employee concerns and will ensure efficient coordination with other departments.

Responsible in monitoring of all billings for stations and office utilities, arranging and updating all admin files. Encoding of files, assisting admin officer on PCF and other duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handles inventory of office supplies

2. Computes globe billing per employee account

3. Assists in the distribution of training needs analysis to supervisors

4. Assists in the sourcing of training facilitators

5. Assists in the sub production and distribution of all training materials such as but are not limited to; handouts, modules and activity booklets

6. Assists in the notification and confirmation of training participants

7. Assists in the distribution of training evaluation sheets and certificates

8. Assists in handling basic concerns of employees

9. Assists in organizing company activities and events

10. Assists in the encoding and maintenance of the HR database accurately

11. Monitoring of office equipment

12. Ensures office properties are properly monitored

13. Monitoring of office cleanliness

14. Coordinates with station personnel and Retail Department on the updates/status of billing.

15. Ensures all billings are processed and paid. Keep tract on the regular status of payment.

16. Responsible in hiring preparation of PCF for all inspectors.

17. Updating of all admin files such as building maintenance and other utility services.

18. Assist Admin/HR Officers on their responsibilities.

19. Monitor Station Utilities; ensure all bills were paid on a timely manner.

20. Monitor all technical issues of the JCC offices ensure all requests for repairs were completed

21. Maintains replenishment of office Supplies and cleaning materials.

22. Record all outgoing and incoming Activity Report and correspondence for the Department.

23. Other duties necessary for Admin operation & task given by the immediate superior time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
