Job Description: Bartenders mix beverages in keeping with recipes secured in beverage control. We are seeking applicants with the ability to manage a bar, and manage customers and a variety of drinks. Applicants must be able to adhere to company policy, problem solve and have a basic knowledge of alcohol and beverage formulations. Applicants may also be responsible for cleaning areas under their supervision, and reporting incidents as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Speak to customers in a professional manner.
- Have a good knowledge of drinks on the menu.
- Mix drinks and serve them to customers.
- Stock the bar with supplies when necessary.
- Make sure that the bar is clean and tidy at all times.
- Keep alcohol within appropriate limits.
- Keep track of inventory and make sure there is always enough to serve customers.
