CYE is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales team. You will play a critical role in empowering our sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to drive revenue growth and maximize sales effectiveness. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our sales process, enable effective customer engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and enable sales
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales and other stakeholders
- Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for Go To Market (GTM) teams
- Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the GTM teams
- Use management system selection, customization, and deployment
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement within the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience in start-up/early-stage growth companies
- A strong understanding of all GTM roles in a SaaS/services business – sales, SDR, SE, CSM, and partners.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and industry trends
- Educational background in teaching/educating
- Strong technical skills to translate complex technical concepts to less technical audiences.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Collaborative leader across multiple departments
- Native English speaker level—both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
