Job Title: Security Guard
Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled security with integrity to maintain our parking space before the restaurant and give a good parking experience to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Parking management
Car parking
Allot parking for cars and bikes separately in the respective places. in such a way as to park a maximum number of vehicles.
Welcome the approaching car with a signal and allot parking before they find it themselves and park.
Try to stop other vehicles getting parked in our parking slot. Politely ask them not to park here next time. (follow script)
Do not let cattles, dogs and beggars around the parking premises. Chase them immediately.
Do not behave in a demanding manner to collect tips from the customers.
only guide customer vehicles while they come. you need not guide the vehicle when it leaves.
Bike parking
Allow staff and DE(delivery executive) to park only in the allotted space. Do not let them park in front of the restaurant.
Guide the two wheelers to park in the proper line with alignment. Before they get down from the vehicle.
Do not let bikers park their vehicle in the car parking area.
Car Counting.
Count the number of cars parked for our restaurant and outsider in our premises separately and note it down along with the Vehicle number.
Submit the car counting report 08:00 am daily.
Closing procedure..
Company vehicle has to be parked inside the building 11:15 pm
Note down the EB reading 11:00 pm daily
Note down the genset diesel level 08:00 am daily
Close the shutter, lock it and hand over the key to the restaurant supervisor.
Note down and drop a voice msg suspicious activity at night and report along with vehicle number and vehicle model if parked around our premises.
Enquire any suspicious person if they reside around the premises. Collect their name and job details. ask them the reason for being here at this time.
Immediately report to the supervisor in voice msg if any staff member is roaming around after closing along with their name.
OTHER ACTIVITIES.
1. Come in proper uniform.
2. Security has to be neatly groomed.
3. No smoking and drinking alcohol on duty time.
4. No sleeping during night time and will be fined.
