Our project revolves around the development of a document automation platform that aims to streamline and optimize various business processes related to the creation, capture, and delivery of documents. The platform offers seamless integration with multiple channels, including fax, email, scan, postal services, web, mobile, HL7 (Health Level Seven), and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).

The primary goal of the platform is to simplify and automate document-related workflows, reducing manual efforts and enhancing efficiency across different industries. By leveraging the power of automation and intelligent document processing, our platform enables businesses to handle large volumes of documents effectively, improving productivity and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Frontend Engineer or a similar role, with a focus on React (JavaScript) development
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS
• Experience with healthcare projects
• Strong leadership skills with a desire to mentor other developers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Your Responsibilities

• Developing MVP
• Creating responsive and adapting to running on a mobile device UI
• Collaboration with a cross-functional team
• Participate in team discussions to choose the best solution for a specific problem
• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions, taking ownership of critical components or modules
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
• Troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues, working closely with the team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with coding standards

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of Node-RED or similar workflow automation platforms and the ability to create custom components and flows
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and familiarity with Salesforce development best practices
