JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

JOB TYPE: Full-time

WORK SHIFTS: Early shifts (from 8am Australian time (GMT+10) — 8 hours shift. Flexible options also available

  • 5 days a week (4 days also available)
  • 8 hours shifts​ (6 or 7 hours shift also available)

POSITION PURPOSE:

  • Optima Cleaners™ is a Franchise business serving residential and commercial clients in Australia. We conduct domestic cleaning services of all kinds through our network of highly skilled franchisees. The main purpose of the assigned position is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction resulting in excellent online reputation.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Global Customer Feedback Ratio
  • First Call Resolution
  • Payments Collection

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Following the daily checklist
  • Following the Minimum Quality Standards
  • Assisting clients and franchisees with information and helping with operational challenges
  • Obtaining essential information, Investigating and mediating between franchisees and clients in order to find win-win solutions for all parties.
  • Adhering to the established systems for decisions (decision tree 3 Step™)
  • Assuring extra attentiveness and related to company online presence and reputation
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution ●
  • Keeping parties involved and updated with regards to progress of particular cases

EXPERIENCE: Candidates with Customer Experience background will be consider with priority, but it's not a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Own computer
  • Internet connection (higher than 100MBit)
  • Quiet environment in order to assure concentration

Salary: From Php150.00 per hour
