JOB PURPOSE
This role is a great opportunity for an HR professional to develop their skills. It gives the opportunity to build a network in the organization with business teams, senior managers, as well as within the HR function. As part of the HR organization, your role will be to manage HR activities and priorities within the Home Care Europe cluster. This will include but not be limited to talent management/succession planning, employee engagement, people development, capabilities building. The position establishes partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added service to the cluster leader and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The Assistant HRBP maintains an effective level of business knowledge of the business unit's financial condition, performance roadmap, culture and competition.

This role will have responsibility for talent, succession plan, organization design, culture, reward, diversity, engagement and capabilities. An exciting aspect of this role is being part of transformation projects aimed at shaping new business and organizational models, and the business of the future, as well as an organization that can grow the business through ambition.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
  • Development and deployment of the HR strategy (Organization design / Mobility / Recruitment) in Europe
  • Preparation and lead of People Development forums
  • Management and coordination for each stage of the employee performance cycle (Performance Development Planning, Development People Forums, Reward) in coordination with the HR Expertise Team
  • Advice and support in the context of employee development (Individual Development Planning, Training)
  • Support for managers and employees in workforce planning and day to day business partnering
  • Guarantor of compliance with legal rules and procedures and Unilever HR policies
  • Improved business performance and high performing teams by understanding the business and the organization
