Job Description:
As a Chat Process Intern, you will be responsible for handling various chat interactions. This position requires Good communication skills in Hindi or English either.
Requirements:
1. Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
2. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
3. Proficiency in typing
4. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
5. Flexibility to work in shifts
6. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software applications
7. Male Candidates are required.
