Logistic Assistant - Import and Export Experience [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively
  • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availabilities and requirements

  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a logistics
  • Experience in Import and Export process
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Experience in FDA processing
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Subic, Olongapo, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Import and export: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Brokerage: 1 year (Preferred)
