Job Title: Shop Floor Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shop Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Osapa branch. As a Shop Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the shop floor. This position involves supervising and coordinating the activities of floor staff, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the shop floor.
- Monitor and maintain proper stocking and arrangement of products.
- Supervise floor staff and coordinate their activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Implement and enforce safety and security measures.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to optimize store operations.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, and shelves are adequately stocked.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Minimum of a HND degree.
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
