This position commences in August and may appeal to people who enjoy working with food with the added benefit of operating around the secondary school calendar. Mid terms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid)
The day to day operations of the kitchen includes the preparation of sandwiches, wraps, rolls, ciabattas, rice and pasta dishes. Service of breakfast, small break and lunch. Clean down at end of day.
Shift time approx 9.30am-2.00pm. Ability to start at 8am for cover purposes an advantage. Half day Fridays.
Approx 15 hours per week, 3 days per week.
Time management, good organisational skills are necessary in this role and the ability to operate well within a team.
Experience in HACCP an advantage.
