Payroll Staff [Philippines]


 

Job Description

This position is primarily responsible in providing assistance in overall payroll transaction including but not limited to:

  • Monitoring and uploading of attendance in payroll online system
  • Updating employee information and submission of necessary documents in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig and BIR offices
  • Assisting in Alpha list monitoring and in developing group’s Key Performance Indicator

Job Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related courses
  • At least one year experience in Payroll and Compensation is an advantage
  • Highly analytical and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
